Who we are EMer OÜ is a concrete flooring company based in Tallinn, Estonia. We pour, power trowel and grind industrial concrete floors for warehouses, production sites, hangars and other facilities with high loads. We work across Estonia, the other Baltic states, the Nordic countries and the wider European Union.

What data we collect We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. This typically includes your name, company name, contact details (email address, phone number), the location of the site and the technical information you send us, such as drawings, sizes or quantities.

How we use your data We use your data to respond to your request, to prepare and send a quote, to plan and carry out concrete works if you commission us, and to keep in touch about the project. We reply in Estonian, English and Russian.

Legal basis We process your data because you have asked us to prepare a quote or because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Where we work under a contract, the processing is necessary to perform that contract.

Sharing We do not sell your data. We may share it with partners or subcontractors only where this is needed to prepare or carry out your project, and only to the extent required.
